“AVIC Townhouse” Project opening ceremony will be held at Landmark Mekong Riverside Hotel at 9 am on September 26th, 2014. The mayor of Vientiane Capital, Chinese Ambassador to Laos，the Chinese ambassador and economic and commercial Counselor commercial association in Laos, Chinese association in Laos, The Managing Director of the CHINA NATIONAL AERO-TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING CORPORATION, the President of the KRITTAPHONG GROUP and other celebrities in Laos.
This Project has the total investment nearly 10 million USD and covers floor space of 9800 Square meters where is located in Phonephanao Village, Saysettha District, Vientiane Capital along Kayson Phomvihane Road, around 3Km far way from Patuxay. Those townhouses are designed as Southeastern Asian style with three floors for each unit, parking lot and small garden for every house. This project will be started on October 2014 and will be completed by the end of March 2015.
